Electronic Bidding

So you have reviewed the solicitation and are ready to take the next step: submit a quote. For all RFQ’s in DIBBS, you will submit your quotes online. This process has been simplified from the traditional paper-based system.

Once you have logged on to DIBBS and identified the open solicitation, click on the Quote Button and submit the required information.
